The Historic Georgetown Bridge2Bridge 5k, 12k and 13.1 Run race committee greatly value the contributions of all volunteers who support us in this exciting community event. The success of this race is contingent upon the volunteer assistance and enthusiasm. Volunteers will be needed to assist with pre-race registration, course setup and various tasks on race day. We welcome all volunteers, individual and groups, at any level of participation. Reach out to us for more information on anything listed below.


Activities include:
- course setup and logistics
- water aid station support
- traffic control
- on course timing and directions
- information station support
- start/finish line assistance

Before race activities:
- Putting packets together
- Passing out Business Notifications
- Passing out Residential door hangers
- Sorting Medals

Following the completion of the race, volunteers will be needed to assist with:
- taking down water aid stations
- taking down start/finish line
- litter cleanup along course
- assisting with post-race festivities
